Welcome to gearfinch. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment provider you select. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent, or listing information contains a material error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.

Shipping and delivery

We currently accept orders shipping within the United States. Available methods, charges, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility, instructions, shipping responsibility, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Products and safety

Build-it-yourself products require assembly. Check the product page, instructions, age guidance, warnings, dimensions, materials, and included components before use. Products containing small parts are not suitable for young children. Adult supervision does not replace product-specific age guidance.

Website content and third-party marks

Our original website text, design, and branding may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party names, characters, brands, and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected customer information, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
