FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery timing varies by product. We will confirm a supportable estimate before an item becomes available to buy, and the methods available for your address will be shown at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping page for current details.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
At launch, we accept orders shipping within the United States. Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $60 and free for orders of $60 or more. Express shipping is $15 when available. The final methods and charges appear at checkout. See our Shipping page for more information.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What's your return policy?
You can request a return for most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. See our Returns & Refunds page for the details.
Are these kits beginner-friendly?
Many are. Our catalog spans relaxed, quick builds all the way to serious, intricate projects, so there's something whether it's your first kit or your fiftieth. Check each product page for difficulty notes.
What ages are these suitable for?
It varies by product. Some kits involve small parts and are intended for older builders and adults, so please check the age guidance on each product page before buying for a child.
What if a piece is missing or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo if possible. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement, return, or refund options.
Is it safe to pay on your store?
Checkout is provided by Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not receive your complete card number. The payment methods available for your order will appear at checkout.
