The Panigale V4R at One-Sixth Scale

Pick this model up and the first surprise is the weight. The chassis and bodywork are diecast metal alloy, scaled at 1:6 — far bigger and heavier than the usual 1:18 or 1:24 shelf bikes. It wears the Ducati Corse race livery in red, white and silver, and it does more than sit still: the LED headlight lights up, an engine sound module plays, the fairings open, and a pull-back motor lets it roll under its own spring power.

Details That Reward a Close Look

The bike rests on a two-piece red paddock-style stand, front and rear, so it holds a stable showroom pose. Lean in and you find Brembo-style front brake calipers, twin exhaust outlets under the seat, and panels that actually move — the front fairing opens, the fuel cap lifts, and the seat cowl comes off to show the engine underneath. Plastic moldings carry the finer detail where metal cannot.
