Great console! However, keep the capacity in mind, because although it is true that an SD card can be used, it is not suitable for installing native Android games like Wuthering Waves or Genshin Impact.

I ordered my product and it never arrived. When I went to check my order, what I received was a doll from Friday the 13th. This is terrible service from the official Retroid store, and not only that, when I asked for a refund, they gave it back to me, but now it turns out I can't buy it because when I bought it, it was on sale, and now I'm asking the company for that discount, but they don't want to give it to me. They tell me I have to buy it again at the current price, even though the problem wasn't mine 😡

First, if you think this is a replacement for a Steam Deck or ROG Ally, you are wrong. This is a console that is not made for running PC games, unless you are only playing light or indie games. If you want to run Switch, you'll run into some limitations in some games (or maybe I haven't configured the emulator properly yet), but most run at just over 30 FPS stably with a few drops (SSBU image of eight players with a drop of 24 frames). However, with anything below a switch, you won't have any kind of problem. As for comfort, I thought I would find something small, but that's not the case; it has an ideal size that allows it to remain portable in a pocket or a purse. I don't find it uncomfortable when playing for long periods (3-4 hours), although it is advisable to buy the grip. This was very unsettling. \r \n \r \n At the time of purchase, the protective sheet I bought separately had already been applied, so it ended up being useless. \r \n I waited for more than a month after purchasing it, and I really wanted it, so if it was out of stock, I would like to see some kind of repair option provided. And it will give you more peace of mind if you can receive a response to your message.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Iris O.","date":"2026-04-07T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"","body":"The product is of very good quality, the purchasing and shipping process as well; however, the local courier company is a disaster, I had to go pick up the package in person as they made up false delivery attempts, otherwise 10 out of 10.","verified":false,"images":["https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0777\/0754\/2706\/files\/gf-review-20261016-6d01f4c1d9521aadc900f6a0.webp?v=1792161605"]},{"author":"Quinn G.","date":"2026-04-07T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"","body":"It arrived in very good condition and works wonderfully.","verified":false,"images":[]},{"author":"Nathan I.","date":"2026-04-07T00:00:00.000Z","rating":5,"title":"","body":"Excellent console, it took a little while to ship, but it arrived earlier than expected.
