A different way to see the problem
Make the temperature pattern visible.
Heat Vision is the FNIRSI TDM-120 thermal imaging camera, the thermal-only model rather than the TDM-120P multimeter. A warm connection, an unevenly heated surface, a cool patch worth checking. Heat Vision makes those differences visible on its own touchscreen, so you can decide where to look more closely.

See the pattern across the surface.
The 120 × 90 infrared sensor shows temperature differences as an image rather than a single spot reading. Scan an appropriate surface and compare areas within the view. The pattern can help guide an inspection; confirming the cause still takes the right follow-up check.

Choose the view that makes sense.
Seven color palettes let you change the way differences appear on the 2.8-inch touchscreen. The camera covers a specified temperature range of −20°C to 400°C, or −4°F to 752°F. Adjustable emissivity helps match the measurement setup to the surface you are inspecting.

Keep a record of what you found.
Save a thermal image and transfer it using USB when you want to compare observations or record a maintenance check. Rechargeable power and a compact body make it easy to keep the camera with the rest of your inspection tools. It is a visual aid you can reach for when touch or appearance alone is not enough.
In the box
FNIRSI TDM-120 thermal camera, USB data/charging cable, and user guide. This is the thermal-only edition, without multimeter functions or multimeter test leads.
A few useful answers
Can it see through a wall?
No. It measures infrared radiation from visible surfaces. A surface temperature pattern may suggest an area to investigate, but it does not produce an X-ray view through materials.
Is this the TDM-120P multimeter model?
No. The selected TDM-120 is a thermal camera only. It does not provide the electrical multimeter functions of the TDM-120P.
Will every shiny surface read accurately?
Reflective materials, emissivity settings, distance, and environmental conditions affect readings. Follow the manual’s measurement guidance. This is an inspection tool, not a medical diagnostic device.
