No. Your digital gift card is delivered by email after payment and order verification. The artwork is a digital presentation; no physical card is shipped.
How do I send it as a gift?
Choose “Recipient’s email,” then enter their email and an optional name, message and send date. Or choose “My email” to receive the card yourself and forward it when you’re ready. Scheduled delivery is subject to payment and order verification being completed first.
Where can it be used?
Redeem online at Gearfinch by entering the private code at checkout. The balance can cover merchandise and applicable shipping and tax. If the balance is smaller than the order total, pay the difference with another supported payment method. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Does it expire? Can I use it more than once?
There is no expiry date or inactivity fee. Use the card across multiple orders while a balance remains. Your private gift-card link shows the remaining balance.
What about discounts and refunds?
Gift cards are sold at their stated value. Promotional discounts do not reduce the price of this gift card. Gift-card purchases are non-refundable except where required by law; statutory refund and cash-redemption rights are not affected. Returns of merchandise purchased with a gift card follow our refund policy.
What if the email or card is lost?
Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order reference. Keep the full code and private card link safe—do not post or share them publicly. We’ll verify ownership and the remaining balance before helping with a resend or replacement.
