A macro pad for your vibecoding workflow
Build a shortcut layout around the way you code. Assign a key to copy selected code, another to paste a prompt, and another to undo an edit. Map editor commands such as opening the command palette or terminal when your application provides a keyboard shortcut. The K811 is a hardware companion for your code editor or AI chat tool: you choose and test the assignments. It does not generate code or include an AI service.
A programmable keypad built around your routine
Use the commands you already know in a layout you can learn by touch. Assign individual keys, key combinations or recorded macros through the compatible K811 Windows software. For office work, start with copy, paste and undo. For editing, map the keyboard shortcuts your application already supports. These are setup ideas: you choose the assignments.

The large left dial puts volume under your fingertips, while three small media buttons keep playback controls nearby. A separate scroll wheel and thumb joystick sit on the right. The joystick supplies directional keyboard-style input; it is not an analog game controller. This gaming keypad suits keyboard-based controls, with assignments and game support depending on your setup.
Mechanical feel, without a full-size second keyboard
Nineteen hot-swappable mechanical switches and removable ABS keycaps offer a tactile shortcut surface. RGB backlighting adds color around the keys. At approximately 20.2 × 9.4 × 3.8 cm (7.95 × 3.70 × 1.50 in), the K811 leaves space for your main keyboard and mouse. Check replacement-switch and keycap fit before buying; universal compatibility is not promised.
Choose your color
Black has orange and pale-blue accent keys. White pairs white and gray with red and pale-blue accents. Yellow combines a bright case with cream, dark and orange keys. All three choices share the same 19-key layout and control arrangement. Printed key legends stay the same when you remap a key.
Set it up in three steps
- Connect the keypad using its USB-C port and the supplied USB cable.
- On Windows, open compatible K811 configuration software and assign your main keys.
- Save the assignments and test them in the application you want to control.
The instructions describe using saved key assignments on a Mac after Windows setup. Native Mac or Linux programming is not documented. This is the wired model; Bluetooth and wireless use are not included.

Except for the mechanical keys, everything is of low quality; the parts seem to be out of place, and any extra force will cause them to break. The outer "case" came misaligned, like a table with one leg shorter. I have no idea how they managed to produce such a crooked piece. Both the 3 side buttons and the joystick seem to be from old controllers, the kind that would break after a month of use. One positive aspect is the length of the cable; it's quite long and easy to conceal. Considering that it costs the equivalent of an entry-level mechanical keyboard, I do not recommend it. As for the flood of positive opinions, that's just marketing and people with no common sense.
